This privacy policy sets out how AlbaNurseries Ltd (registered in England with a Companies House number 13562475 and registered address at 20-22 Wenlock Road, London, England, N1 7GU), the owner of Marlow Montessori School  uses and protects any information that you give Alba Nurseries when you use this website.  It does not relate to how we collect, process and store information related to your child's enrolment with us as a pupil - that is available from the Manager on request, as part of the school's policies and procedures.


We are committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected.  Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement.

Alba Nurseries may change this policy from time to time by updating this page. You should check this page from time to time to ensure that you are happy with any changes. This policy is effective from 01/01/2023.


What we collect

We may collect the following information:

  • full name

  • contact information including email address

  • demographic information such as postcode, preferences and interests

  • other information relevant to user surveys (such as that captured by Google Analytics)​


How data is collected

Information may be collected through Google Analytics, when you fill out a Contact form or subscribe to our Newsletter. It is retained according to its purpose. Google Analytics data is stored as per Google Analytics settings. Contact and Newsletter information is retained for our records for at least five years, unless you inform us that you wish for it to be deleted. If you choose to inform us that you wish us to delete your personal information (by contacting us on, we will do so, but we may retain anonymised information for reporting purposes.

What we do with the information we gather

We require this information to understand your needs and to provide you with a better service.  In particular, we require it for the following reasons:
